A two minute guide to our advice process.

1. Getting ready.
Before we sit down together, we’ll ask you to provide us with a snapshot of your finances. This gives us an opportunity to plan ahead so you get the most out of your first session.

We’ll send you information about us too, and any details you provide remain completely confidential.

2. Our first appointment
During our first appointment, we’ll discuss where you are now and where you’d like to be.

We’ll also provide you with a fee estimate in person, followed by a full engagement proposal. You’ll only pay if you choose to proceed. Simple.

3. Charting the course
While you’re busy doing your thing, we’ll be busy doing ours - modelling and mapping out various strategies until we find an appropriate fit for you. We’ll then talk you through the actions required to make it happen and how these work together to chart your course.

It’s at this point you’ll see how small, consistent changes can make a big difference to your future.

4. Action.
From here on in, it’s all action.

We’ll get to work implementing your plan for you and we won’t stop until it’s done - 100 percent done. We’ll prepare your documents, lodge them on your behalf, help you set up your finances and even your app if you like.

5. Your new now.
We’ll touch base three months in to see how things are going with your ‘new now’ and to set aside time for your annual review so that as life changes, so too does your strategy.

Advice you can see?

So what does good advice look like?

In a nutshell, we think it’s advice that’s easy to understand and simple to follow - advice you can see.

As with any good goal, being able to map your path and track your progress is key to achieving it. That’s why we use a dedicated app to help you stay in control.

See your overall financial position, keep all your documents stored in the one place, access the latest financial news and check in as often as you like - daily, weekly, monthly - you decide.

Did we mention we’ll set everything up for you too. Easy.
